I would like to once again express my sincere thanks for the opportunity to participate. The program was truly very helpful to me from a professional standpoint. I found it particularly valuable to not only examine the connections between strategy, controlling, financing, production, human resources, and market decisions from a theoretical perspective, but also to see their direct impact on the company’s bottom line. In particular, I was able to understand much better how low interest rates affect management decisions through the cost of capital.
Personally, I found the simulation so educational that if it were available as a standalone business simulation game with AI as the opponent, I would actually buy it for my own use. The immediate feedback on decisions made, in particular, makes the learning process very tangible.
I could also easily imagine a similar approach being applied in real-world practice, for example as a dashboard for site management. While I don’t yet have any personal experience in this area, I found the way MARGA links operational decisions, key metrics, and strategic implications to be very clear and practical.
