Participants manage a company with all its divisions and functions. As a team, they align their own range of products and services to the needs of different customers and markets.

They are in direct competition with other teams and develop own competitive strategies. The teams implement these strategies period by period in the areas of marketing, production, human resources and finance. Efficient controlling ensures transparency and provides the teams with all the information they need to make operational decisions.

    In the open MARGA Online Competition, teams compete with other companies over a period of six months – until the online live final, to which only the best four teams are invited.

    The open online seminar offers a four-week mix of guided online modules as well as individual learning and virtual teamwork. Experienced MARGA trainers provide the participants with intensive support.

    In the in-class seminar, participants learn how to think and act like entrepreneurs in an intensive management training course. The three intensive seminar days are an exciting alternation of technical presentations and their practical implementation in the business game.

Like this we achieve interdisciplinary and self organized groups. It’s amazing how much our teams learned about strategy, business management and market development in such a short time.
