The open MARGA Competition started already in 1971 as initiative with the pubishing group ‘Handelsblatt’ and ESMT Berlin, today´s number eight business school in the world.
Both partners stand for academic contents and economic topicality.
Thus, we are keeping up with the times: The participants of the business simulation learn current management contents within a dynamic market environment close to reality.

Scholarship: “The Change Clinic – Leading Change Initiatives”
ESMT Berlin provides a scholarship among all finalists of the open MARGA Online Competition. The finalists of the last competition had the chance to apply for the scholarship for the program “The Change Clinic – Leading Change Initiatives“. The selected applicant for the scholarship can expect a challenging management program with a tuition value of € 3,900 from the Top Business School with current content, best practice presentations, workshops, top-class speakers and the chance to strengthen their own network.
Target audience: The program addresses Executives concerned with initiating, accompanying, managing, or leading change initiatives.
The key topics of the program are:

Our simulation scenario is based on the real and current economic happenings. Like this the analogy between the global markets of both the real economy and the simulated world become directly tangible.
For the first time, the publishing group ‘Handelsblatt’ offers a free subscription for the ‘Handelsblatt’ ePaper to all participants of the MARGA Online Competition 2017/2018 during the whole course of the competition.
Via the MARGA software, all participants get access to each edition of the ‘Handelsblatt’ ePaper.
