Janine Webb

Janine Webb works as Program Director at MARGA. She is responsible for the organization and implementation of inhouse events. She is also primarily responsible for the MARGA Online Competition.

In our webinars, she is our team & leadership expert and introduces soft skills topics to the participants.

Janine Webb also provides support on topics related to business game development and takes care of People & Culture topics at MARGA.

With the MARGA Online Competition alone, we have already been able to encourage more than 100,000 participants in their entrepreneurial thinking and actions. Every year, it is great to see how young professionals try out their skills as managing directors in a virtual learning environment and grow with new challenges.

Career

Janine Webb studied International Human Resources Management and Organization in Ludwigshafen.
She completed her studies in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts.
She has been working for MARGA Business Simulations since 2014. She initially wrote her bachelor’s thesis on business simulations in trainee programs.

In 2015, she joined MARGA permanently and was responsible for all inhouse programs and seminars. Since 2018 she is the Program Director of the MARGA Online Competition.
In September 2017, she began her part-time Master’s degree in Business Psychology at the FOM Cologne. In 2020, she successfully completed her studies with a Master of Science.
