Dr. Sandra Wagner

Dr. Sandra Wagner is Program Director at MARGA Business Simulations GmbH since 2008.

She is responsible for the conception of trainings and new learning formats and for the further development of eLearning excellence and the range of topics.

She also conducts in-house programs and is responsible for MARGA management training (online, in-class, blended learning) and for MARGA for Students.

She is also involved in the further development of the MARGA software.

Career history

Sandra Wagner studied business administration at the Universities of Augsburg and Cologne, specializing in organizational studies, human resources management and business psychology.
In 2010, she completed her doctorate on the subject of environmental cost management at the University of Siegen.
Sandra Wagner has been working as a freelancer at various universities and universities of applied sciences since 2003. She teaches general business administration, management accounting, cost accounting and cost management as well as strategic management.

She has also worked as a guest lecturer at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh/USA and at St. Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia/Bulgaria.
She works as Program Director at MARGA Business Simulations GmbH since 2008.
