In times of interdisciplinary teams and cross-interface working, effective teamwork is becoming increasingly important for companies. After all, no company will be successful in the long term without teamwork. Employees are therefore increasingly expected to have social skills such as teamwork, conflict resolution and communication skills. At the same time, the demands on managers are increasing.
Forming, leading and developing a successful team is a challenging task and is made even more difficult by cross-location and virtual teamwork. Good results can only be achieved if teamwork works. However, this is not always the case. When different characters come together, conflicts, disagreements and misunderstandings are not uncommon.
How can successful teamwork be achieved? What are the foundations of successful collaboration and what makes a good team? How do I recognize the potential of individual team members and how can collaboration also succeed virtually?
