Experience our general management simulation within a three-day in-class seminar
The MARGA Compact seminar is an intensive management training in which the participants experience how to act and think in an entrepreneurial manner.
As a board team they take over the responsibility for their own virtual company - a global player. Hence they are in charge of the strategic corporate planning as well as for all operational company divisions (such as marketing, sales, production, personnel, logistics, finances...etc.). While finding themselves in direct competition against each other, along the way, the teams learn how to make common decisions and how to analyze the respective results (i.e. the company figures of the competitors).
Together the participants work out a competitive strategy taking into consideration the current political and economical factors. They transfer these into operational decisions within their virtual company. The ultimate objective is to increase the company value. In the course of the simulation all teams are closely accompanied and supported by a thoroughly professional feedback from skilled MARGA trainers.
In turn with the active simulation periods there are professional lectures during plenary sessions, dealing with topics such as:
- Understanding controlling
- Implementing strategies
- Creating company value
Here concrete decision situations from the simulation phases are picked up and analyzed with regard to their contents.
